There is nothing to sign up for. Keryx is a private tool used by one person to manage replies on their own Instagram account. You are not a customer of it and you owe it nothing. These terms exist because Meta requires a Terms of Service URL, and because it is only fair to state plainly what the automated replies are and are not.
When you comment on one of the operator's Instagram posts, Keryx may reply to your comment publicly and send you a direct message continuing the conversation. That message may offer buttons to tap, and may end by sending you a link. Some replies are generated automatically, including by an AI assistant. Where an automated assistant is active, the first message tells you so.
Reply stop in the conversation, or simply stop replying — the conversation closes on its own. You can also block or report the account through Instagram. To have stored data erased, see Data Deletion.
Messages may be produced by an AI assistant, which can be wrong. Nothing sent to you through Keryx is professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and nothing in a message forms a contract or a binding promise. If a message and the operator's actual offer disagree, the actual offer governs. If something looks wrong, ask for a human — the operator can take over any conversation.
Links sent to you pass through a redirect on the operator's own domain so that clicks can be counted, then send you on to the destination. Destinations are sites the operator controls or recommends; once you leave, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Keryx operates through Instagram, so Instagram's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern the platform itself and the delivery of messages. Keryx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta Platforms.
Keryx is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, that a message will arrive, or that a reply will be accurate. Instagram may delay or refuse to deliver a message for reasons outside anyone's control. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this tool. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here affects your statutory rights, including your rights under data protection law.
